Refund policy

a) Refunds on personalized items are not admissible for a refund, unless the dedication does not match the note placed at check out. 

b) If personalization does not match the note at check out a refund will be issued or a new copy of the book will be sent with the correct personalization per the request of the customer.

c) If you make a mistake on the note at check out please email me asap at fabiolagarzacreates@gmail.com. If the book has not been dedicated yet I will be able to change the note. Otherwise a new order will need to be issued the customer.
