Do you take commissions?

Thank you for considering me as an illustrator for your project. Unfortunately, I am not currently taking on commissions (this includes portraits, children's books, covers, etc).

 

Will there be a Princes of Heaven or Knights of Heaven?

If all goes well, yes, but there is no set release date. 

 

I'm looking for other Princesses of Heaven products. Are there any available?

I am working on new products, but if you are interested in products right now I have a print on demand store on Zazzle. They carry party products, t-shirts etc. That is a separate business from mine and they use my images with permission and I receive a small percentage. I made a mistake on my order form. What can I do?

If you made a mistake on your order form please contact me immediately. If a book has not been personalized I am able to rectify the situation, however once a book has been personalized you would need to reorder the product. Please email me the name for the personalization and the Saint from the book you would like me to draw.

 

The personalization  I asked for is different than what I received? Can this be rectified?

Yes, if a book has a different name or Saint than what was asked for on the order form you can receive a new book or refund. 

 

I don't like how the personalization was done in the book. Can I have it done again?

Each personalization is done by hand and there will be variations and different pens used. There are no refunds once a book has been personalized unless there is something egregious (ie. smearing, main features in drawing missing, etc) which I have the right to review and decide whether to send a replacement order. If there is a large issue please contact me immediately and attach a photo. 

 

How long does processing an order take?

About 3-5 days. I process and ship all the orders. If you are concerned about timing please contact me.

 

The locket is sold out. Will there be more coming?

I'm in the process of getting more manufactured, but there is no set date yet.

Do you use AI generators for any of your products?

Fabiola Garza LLC does not use AI generators.
